I try to cook form scratch on 6 days of the week, allowing one day for ‘rubbish’, no not literally! It’s usually something like veggie sausages, burgers, pizza etc. just a quick meal that doesn’t need very much preparation. I also try to try one new recipe a week, but this hasn’t happened in a little while.
