Yoghurt Making
Ingredients
Milk and Yoghurt!!

Boil 1l milk (i do it in the micro), this is to sterilise the milk.
When warm (body temperature) add 1 tbsp of yoghurt. Stir

Pour into a flask, leave for 8hours.

When you take the lid off, you have Yoghurt!

This can then be made into cream cheese if you want to!! (See page on Cheese)

REMEMBER!!!!!
You will need 1 tbsp of the yoghurt that you have just made to make the next batch!! So don’t eat it all!!
